Delivery & Fulfilment Policy
What you receive after paying, how it reaches you, and how long it takes. Everything we sell is delivered electronically — there is nothing to post and no shipping charge.
1. What is delivered
- A QR code for the monument you booked, obtained from the official ticketing channel on your instruction. It admits whoever presents it: the code carries no name and no date, so it is not restricted to the visit date you gave us.
- A link to the digital audio guide for that monument, in the language you chose at checkout.
- A booking confirmation showing your reference, visit date, number of tickets and the amount paid.
2. How it is delivered
By email, to the address you gave at checkout. This is the primary and default method, and the only one we require.
Additionally by WhatsApp, to +212 607-223008, where you gave us a mobile number and asked for it. This is a convenience, not a substitute — we always send the email as well, so a WhatsApp that fails to arrive never means an undelivered booking.
There is no physical shipment. Nothing is posted, and no shipping, handling or delivery fee is charged at any point.
3. When it arrives
Two things arrive, and only two. A payment confirmation, immediately. Then one delivery containing everything else — the QR code, the audio guide link and your support number, together in a single message. Nothing is sent piecemeal.
| When you booked | When the QR code and audio guide arrive |
|---|---|
| For today, while the monument is open | Usually within 10 minutes, and within the hour at the latest |
| For today, after the monument has closed | The same evening. Your code carries no date, so it still admits you the next morning |
| For tomorrow | Usually within 10 minutes of paying |
| For a later date | About 24 hours before the day you told us you are visiting — not at the moment of booking |
4. Why a booking for next week does not arrive today
Because the code is a bearer code with no name and no date on it, holding it for weeks before a trip is a way to lose it. It sits in an old email under a hundred newer ones, or in a phone that gets replaced. Sending it about a day before you go means it is near the top of your inbox at the moment you actually need it.
It also keeps your cancellation right open for longer. You can cancel for a full refund at any time until we send the code, so a booking made ten days out stays cancellable for nine of them. Sending it immediately would close that window on day one.
If you would rather have it now, ask us. Email [email protected] or message +212 607-223008 and we will send it early — bearing in mind that doing so ends your right to cancel, exactly as it would on the normal schedule.
5. Where we deliver
Anywhere. Delivery is electronic, so there is no country we cannot deliver to and no destination surcharge. You do need an email address you can reach while travelling.
The service itself is performed in Marrakech, Morocco. You are buying entry to a monument there, on a date you choose, plus a digital audio guide you can use anywhere.
6. If it has not arrived
Check your spam or promotions folder first, and check the address you typed at checkout — a mistyped address is the most common cause by a wide margin.
If you have not received your QR code 48 hours before your visit, contact us immediately at [email protected] or on WhatsApp at +212 607-223008. We will resend it, to a different address if you prefer.
We aim to respond within 24 hours, 09:00–21:00 (GMT+1), 7 days a week. If your visit is tomorrow, use WhatsApp — it reaches us faster than email.
7. If we cannot deliver
If we are unable to obtain your ticket — the date sells out, the monument closes, or the official channel is unavailable — we will tell you as soon as we know and refund you in full. We do not substitute a different date or a different monument without asking you first.
A full refund in this situation is not a goodwill gesture. It is what you are owed: we did not deliver what you paid for.
